Swekey Pluggable Authentication Module adds hardware authentication to linux servers
Linux server's SSH access can be hardened using the swekey pam module.
Users just have to copy the swekey generated OTP from their web browser to their ssh client to login.
This task can be automated under windows if you use the swekey patched PuTTY SSH client (see below).

PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 platform, along with an xterm terminal emulator.
This version of PuTTY automates the input of the One Time Password requires by SHH servers thats use the swekey PAM module.

phpMyAdmin is a tool intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web.
Since version 3.1, phpMyAdmin has native support for swekey authentication.
