The swekey account password is stored on our server in encrypted form - not even we can tell what it is!

Name and Mail address:
Your name and mail address is collected when you order a swekey, we only use them to keep a trace of the transaction.
We will never give your name or mail address to anyone.

We log each time a user plug his swekey and when a One Time Password is verified.
A log entry contains the swekey Id, your Internet Protocol address, the Internet Protocol address of the web server that verify your OTP and the date and time.
This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our service.

We will never sell, rent or share information about user habits even in aggregate way.
